about ME

In the mid 80’s Jerry McLean continued his education in the study of commercial refrigeration by attending a 1-year commercial Refrigeration course at CCNB St-Andrews Campus.

He began working immediately after the training, following up every year with yearly apprenticeship stages until reaching journeyman status in commercial refrigeration.

During these years, along with every type of refrigeration equipment, I also worked a lot on
central air and water source heat pumps and had a particular interest in the geothermal heat
pumps once I noticed the higher efficiency they delivered.”

In 2011, Jerry went to Fredericton N.B., where he followed an installers course by the Canadian
Geo-Exchange Coalition and became a certified installer in geothermal systems. Today, he
pursues his interest in this domain and has launched a new business specializing in geothermal heat pumps.
